What exactly is a stretch tent?A stretch tent is a flexible, freeform canopy made from high-quality, waterproof fabric that can be rigged in all sorts of shapes and sizes. Unlike a traditional marquee, it hugs the space and flows with the surroundings, perfect for all types of events.

What size tent do I need?It depends on how many people you’re planning to party with (and whether they’re dancing or dining). As a rough guide on our most popular options: 6m x 8m - comfortable for up to 32 people standing or 24 seated 7.5m x 10m - ideal for up to 75 standing or 50 seated 10.5m x 15m - suits up to 100 people standing or 75 seated 12 x 15m - you’re looking at 120 standing or 90 seated Whatever the occasion, our team are on hand to help you pick the perfect size - no guesswork required.

How long does it take to set up?Most stretch tents can be set up in a few hours, depending on the size and layout. We’ll arrive with plenty of time to get everything in place, usually in the days leading up to your event, so your space is ready to go well before guests arrive.

What happens if it rains?No problem! Our stretch tents are fully waterproof and built to handle whatever the weather throws at us. With clever rigging and optional side panels and heaters, we’ll keep your guests dry and your event running smoothly.

Can the tents go on any surface?Pretty much. Grass, gravel, decking, tarmac - you name it. We have different anchoring systems to suit most terrains. We’ll do a quick site check beforehand to make sure everything's good to go.

Do you deliver and install the tent?Absolutely. Our team handles delivery, setup, and takedown, so you don’t have to lift a finger. We cover London and the South of England, but we’re happy to travel further afield for the right gig.

Do we need to clean the tent after the event?Nope, that's on us. We’ll take it down, clean it, and pack it away. All you need to do is bask in the afterglow of a great event!

Do you provide lighting, flooring, or other extras?Yes! We can kit you out with lighting, flooring, sidewalls, heating, and even furniture if you want the full works. Just let us know your what you need and we’ll tailor a package to match.

How far in advance should we book?We recommend booking as early as you can, especially for summer weekends which fill up fast. That said, if you’re planning last minute, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to make it happen!
